| At-large Members of the Great Plains Union were put into place in the Fall of 2002. These individuals are in charge of administering league matches and player eligibility. Their Duties include: 1. Check-in all players at Great Plains RFu League Matches
2. Report League Match scores to Union Secretary
3. Attend Great Plains RFU Annual General Meeting
