REGISTRATION PROCESS
Each player and team must register their team and respective players through
the USA Website found at http://membership.usarugby.org.
Both USA and WEST dues are paid through the USA Rugby process online and a
check will need to be sent to GPFRU to complete the registration process.
The fees for USA Rugby and the WEST LAU are as follows:

Each team will also need to have each player sign a
LIABILITY WAIVER and complete
a MEDICAL INSURANCE AND IDENTIFICATION FORM and keep on file. This will be the
club's responsibility.

Each team
needs to have a binder in their possession at each match with contains their
current roster (printed from the USA Membership Website), Medical Insurance
& Identification Form for each player, and a Liability Waiver for each
player on their roster.
